The Science Behind Happiness

Happiness is truly a wonderful thing.  Have you ever wondered what happens in your body that causes to you to feel happiness?  Well, happiness is caused by horomones, like dopamine and serotonin, being released. Serotine is commonly referred to as a happiness horome, because it stabalizes your mood and gives you that sense of happiness.  Dopamine is a horome that enlightens your senses, causing happiness and sometimes a feeling of pleasure. This may be a tad strange, but popping pimples causes dopamine release, which is why squeezing them is so addictive.  It’s important to scout for things that make you happy (popping pimples should not be one of them; there are healthier ways of achieving contentment) I guess reading good books and drinking bubble tea causes dopamine and serotonin releases in my body.
